Matt Harriman is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Pod2 Consulting. Pod2 helps companies become better places to work, helps managers become leaders, and helps individuals gain clarity, direction, and fulfillment from their life’s work. Prior to founding Pod2, Matt spent 8 years learning how hundreds of energy companies make decisions. From working for Chesapeake Energy in 2011 to implementing Enersight to consulting with dozens of the top E&P’s in the world, he puts this experience to work for his clients through leadership coaching and planning process improvement projects.
Kimberly Sands - Panelist
Director of Reserves and Planning
Great Western Petroleum
Kimberly Sands is Director of Reserves and Planning for Great Western Petroleum, a private oil and gas exploration and production company. She has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to her time at Great Western, Kimberly was an Asset Engineer at Samson Resources Company, a completions engineer for Encana, and a drilling engineer for Vastar/BP. Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. In 2020, Kimberly was recognized by the Denver Business Journal as one of Denver's Top Women in Energy. Currently, she is the 2020 Energy 101 Program Co-Chair for the Women’s Energy Network (WEN). Additionally, Kimberly is actively involved in the Junior League of Denver (JLD).
Mike Collins - Panelist
Mike Collins is a Planner with Devon Energy for the Delaware Basin Business Unit. Mike is an Electrical Engineer with a diverse background in operations engineering as well as corporate and long-range development planning in the upstream energy and electric utility industries. The Devon Planning team currently uses Enersight to facilitate detailed production forecasts and constraint impacts, budget cycle planning scenarios, and asset development options.
Zane Bourne - Panelist
Senior Portfolio Optimization Analyst
Zane Bourne is a Senior Portfolio Optimization Analyst for the Business Development team at Gulfport Energy. He works on creating drill schedules, assisting with A&D projects, and running budget simulations. Zane has used Enersight for 7 years and has implemented the program at 6 different companies. Zane enjoys playing games with his daughters, turning their curiosity into teachable moments, and educating them about all things hunting.
