He is a Doctor from EU Business School where is also a lecturer within the Digital programs. He holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Master in Regulation of the Energy Industry. Dr. Gama is a valuable speaker on Petroleum Economics and Portfolio Management in SPE and industry events. Dr. Gama is an experienced Project Manager and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Prince2 Practitioner certifications.
Certified FP&A Professional, with 12-years’ experience in financial and strategy planning, reporting and financial modeling. Digital Leader, experienced in managing cross-functional teams, delivering multiyear, cross-organizational and complex projects, improving staff experience and reducing cost of ownership. Creative and a willing to explore new ways that technology and digital information can be used to successfully address business problems. Birgit Stoiser has over 15 years of international experience within the energy industry. She has been working for OMV since 2006 in different roles with a focus on Finance and Project Management. Currently Birgit is the VP Economics & Planning and in this role is overseeing financial evaluations of key investment and acquisition opportunities as well as the Upstream Business Plan.
Neil Belder has over 20 years of international experience within the Upstream Oil and Gas industry. He has been working at NEO Energy in London since August 2020 as the Head of Planning and Economics, responsible for the overall company’s planning and forecasting processes and deliverables. Prior to NEO Energy, Neil worked for Talisman Energy/Repsol in various Planning, Forecasting and Strategy roles in multiple countries and more recently spent 3 ½ years in Beijing working for an independent oil and gas company as the VP of Planning and Performance Management.
