Eoghan O’Neill is the Vice President Development leading Aucerna’s UK development group and is responsible for the delivery of Aucerna’s corporate planning applications and the related development processes. With a background in information systems and programming, Eoghan is passionate about empowering development teams using scaled agile development practices to build complex, scalable software products. Eoghan has more than 10 years’ experience in upstream oil and gas working in a variety of roles and brings this knowledge to bear on development of innovative solutions for upstream planning. Eoghan holds an MSc. in Management Information Systems from University College Cork in Ireland.
As Chief Software Engineer, James works closely with Aucerna’s engineering teams to deliver innovative, industry-leading solutions that effectively leverage technology to support customers’ key business workflows. Since joining Aucerna in 2009, James has been instrumental in the design and development of Aucerna’s upstream business planning solutions, as well as contributing to major implementation projects. James has over 20 years’ international experience in software engineering and systems integration, across various industries including energy, manufacturing, and financial services. James holds a B. Sc. (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
Kyle Dametto, started his career in IT and shortly after moved to the role of Database Administrator and Architect. He also has extensive experience in web development and later became a specialist in reporting. Recently, Kyle’s focus has been working with Business Intelligence Solutions. He has worked in the construction and mining industry for 10 years from gold mines to gas projects. He was an integral part of the implementation team for a large Australian Energy Company’s new corporate planning solution which was chosen to improve our long-term forecasting processes. He was team lead for the implementation of PowerBI which was integrated with the company’s new solution to provide greater insight and analysis into their key drivers and outcomes.
