“This forum offered senior oil and gas leaders the chance to share their knowledge and experience, and to explore the theme of Improving Capital Efficiency in the mature Western Canada basin. Recent corporate developments, e.g. the Anadarko sale, indicate that Western Canada E & P needs to compete continentally, especially with the increase in the Canadian dollar. The forum provided the opportunity to discuss challenges that the industry is facing, as well as hear about new solutions that are available,” said Paul Ziff, CEO of Ziff Energy Group
“This event was a great opportunity to exchange industry insights and highlight future challenges. The forum identified concepts that will improve capital efficiency, portfolio management, and ultimately producer profitability in years to come.” said Shaun James, V.P.
